My QR code isn’t scanning properly

If your printed or digital QR code isn’t scanning, it’s usually a quick fix:

  • Ensure the print quality is clear and the code isn’t cropped or distorted.
  • Check that your camera is clean and focused when scanning.
  • Try testing the code on a few devices, different phones handle scanning differently.
  • If you’ve printed it yourself, make sure the image isn’t resized too small or stretched.


If the code still doesn’t work, send a photo or PDF of the QR code to partners@welcomeco.com.au, and we’ll generate a new one for you.
