How do I submit my offer or update my details?

Submitting or updating your offer is simple.

1. Contact partners@welcomeco.com.au including your business name and any new offer details, pricing, or terms.
2. Our team will confirm your changes and update your listing within 2–3 business days.
3. If your update includes a new QR code or digital landing page, we’ll send it to you for approval before it goes live.

If you’re a new partner, we’ll provide a setup form when you first join to make it easy to create your first offer.
