Each time a resident redeems one of your offers, you’ll receive an email notification from WelcomeCo containing:
- The resident’s name, phone, email, and address.
- The offer claimed and the date/time of redemption.
This email serves as your confirmation and includes everything you need to follow up with the customer directly.
If you’d like to add multiple staff emails for notifications (e.g., manager + team inbox), just contact partners@welcomeco.com.au and we’ll set it up for you.
