How do I change or pause my offer?

If you’d like to temporarily pause or change your offer:

  1. Email partners@welcomeco.com.au with your business name and request (e.g., “pause offer until November” or “update discount to 15%”).
  2. We’ll confirm your change and update your campaign within 2 business days.


Please note: Any offers that have already been printed or distributed in a Welcome Pack must still be honoured as originally advertised. This ensures fairness to new residents who have already received those offers and maintains trust in your brand.


You’re welcome to make changes for upcoming packs or digital listings, and we’ll help ensure your updated offer appears in the next available campaign cycle.


If you’d like to review timing or future availability, contact partners@welcomeco.com.au, and we’ll help schedule your update or pause accordingly.
