Performance reports are emailed to partners periodically and show:
- The number of offer redemptions received.
- The conversion rate (claims vs. deliveries).
- Optional feedback from residents (if collected).
If you haven’t received your latest report or would like a custom summary, email partners@welcomeco.com.au with your campaign name or dates.
In the future, partners will also be able to access reports directly through the WelcomeCo Partner Dashboard.
