I didn’t receive a redemption email, what should I check?

If you’re expecting a redemption email but didn’t receive it, try these quick checks:

  1. Look in your spam or junk folder, search for “WelcomeCo” or “offer claimed”.
  2. Check with your team, another staff member may have received it.
  3. Add our address (hello@welcomeco.com.au) to your safe senders list.


If you still can’t find it, email partners@welcomeco.com.au, and we’ll resend the details right away.
