We’re sorry to hear that, every WelcomeCo partner agrees to honour the offers they list, so this shouldn’t happen.
Sometimes, though, it may simply be a misunderstanding. In some cases, a new team member or staff change means the person you spoke with wasn’t yet familiar with their WelcomeCo offer.
Here’s what to do:
- Double-check the offer details, make sure it hasn’t expired and that all conditions (like proof of address or one-time use) are met
- If it still seems valid, Contact Us with the name of the business, the offer name and a brief description of what happened
Our team will contact the partner directly to clarify the situation and ensure they’re aware of the offer. We treat these reports seriously and use them to help improve staff training and consistency across all partners.
If we can’t resolve it with the business, we’ll do our best to make it right, even if that means finding a similar offer or covering it ourselves. Your experience matters to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know when something doesn’t go as planned.
